About payment and shipping

After confirming all the details of the order (size, leather, accessories) with the manager, you make a prepayment of 30% of the total cost of the order.

Further:

The craftsman in the factory begins the manual crafting of your bag immediately. Within 4-5 days it is ready.
Your bag with a box, dustbag, a receipt of the boutique and all the accessories that are present in the original set are sent to Moscow.
We get it, inspect it and pack it back.

Then, depending on the method of shipping, there are two options:

If you are in Moscow, our employee will meet you, give you bag, you will examine it and deposit the remaining amount in cash or by transfer to a card.
If you are in another city or country, we will inform you that the bag arrived in Moscow, you pay the rest of the amount by transfer to the card or Paypal, we sent it by any transport company convenient for you.
